As ever, I offer my sincere thanks to those who subscribe to The Long, Long Trail’s Patreon account. Their donations go a long way to ensuring that the site is hosted on a highly efficient platform and that it is secure and safe as I can make it.
To date, I have essentially only used the Patreon account for that purpose – a way of taking in donations. But changes are a-coming … and it is due to me having some more time to deal with it, as I am winding down my research business.
- I am introducing a newsletter, which will be a digest of recent additions to the site so that subscribers will miss nothing, along with articles written specifically for the newsletter.
- I am integrating the Long, Long Trail and Patreon platforms so that I can post articles on the site but have them partly or fully accessible only to Patreon subscribers. A bit of payback for subscribers’ generosity.
